空缺

作为一部动作大片，Mission Impossible III还是很称职的。情节不能说特别自然连贯，但仍然紧凑有悬念；爆炸打斗场面没有多少新创意，但仍然可以给你足够的心理和视觉冲击；表演虽然整体只是中规中矩，但强大的演员阵容绝对不会让人怎么失望。如果说这片子最大的问题，那就是主角是最近越来越不正常进入癫狂状态的Tom Cruise。八卦娱乐新闻里疯狂举止太多^[1]，他的音容笑貌实在太过强烈的留在人们的脑海中，即时M.I.III里面炸啊炸的也还是挥之不去。而且阿汤同学长得也越来越诡异了，比如鼻孔一个大一个小其中一个里面好像长了什么东西，牙也整体向一边倒去^[2]。不过不管怎样，还有新科影帝Philip Seymour Hoffman演的大反派，新晋小生Jonathan Rhys Meyer和熟悉面孔Maggie Q演的超级配角，而且让我惊喜的是居然Shaun of the Dead里的Simon Pegg也出演了一个搞笑的小角色！而且还有被拍的挺有纽约感觉的上海和景色优美人民朴实的过分的周庄。总的来说，这部电影还是很值得到电影院看一下的。

The What is easy, recently I planned and set in motion a manse to execute the perfect bank robbery, that’s also the When. As for the why, beyond the obvious financial motivation, it’s exceedingly simple…because I can. Which leaves us only with the How, and therein, as the bard tells us, lies the rub.

Inside Man是06年wide releases里第一部广受好评的电影，而且有着Denzel Washington, Jodie Foster和Clive Owen这样的阵容，我是肯定要看的。故事大意是Dalton (Clive Owen) 精心策划了一场银行抢劫，从抢劫步骤，抢劫对象，和逃脱方案都是非常独特的。Detective Keith (Denzel Washington) 作为谈判专家来和Dalton周旋，不过却似乎总处在劣势。善于利用各种人际关系的Madeline （Jodie Foster) 被银行老板请来试图保守住一个秘密，面对Dalton却同样没有什么办法。虽然我没觉得有评论家说的那么好，但作为一部警匪悬疑片，算是不错了吧。

Scary Movie大概已经成了一年一度的电影恶搞小盛会，选的电影电视片段特别与时俱进，而且制作质量有保证，视觉效果和war of the worlds相比也不逊色，绝对值得一看，嘿。

• 8:30am经过6小时的睡眠后被闹铃叫起，还计划9:30am前到实验室，能在上课前假装干会儿活，结果昨晚的辣辣辣鸡珍造成了每一次都会造成的结果，于是凭空多花了不少时间在厕所-_-。
• 10:00am勉强赶到教室开始上课，5秒钟后离开教室继续享受辣辣辣鸡珍的成果。
• 11:05am下课，开车和未来新室友去west lebanon看房子。这次再找房子，决定找稍微好一点的社区，当然也提高了预算。今天看的这个Meadow Brook Village环境不错，有游泳池，相当有点高尚小区的假象，当然，其实只是硬撑一撑。房子挺大，唯二不好的一个是在一楼，视野不够开阔，另一个是我比较在意的，天花板感觉略低。再议再议，毕竟这个lease会需要在我现在lease结束之前开始，会凭空浪费钱。虽然我大概还挺想就这算了。
• 1:30pm吃完饭回到实验室，开始干活啊干活，晚饭都没吃的一直到晚上10:00pm。中间偶尔继续享受成果，偶尔串门聊天，偶尔查信看小新闻。有一段时间，实验室的三个人，Michael, Andy和我三个人同时一起在干活，Michael说Isn’t it nice？然后我们放起音乐继续干活。咳。照片右前的东西就是今天我的成果了，实物只有一厘米的半径，很cute的。它将和左后前段时间做的白色物体构成冷却Li6的Zeeman Slower，希望一切正常哈。
  
• 10:10pm离开实验室，走在取车的路上，听到诡异发现的王菲同学的一首我居然一直没听过的歌，虽然不是多么动听，但还是挺想念她的歌声，想应该放上来。歌词：

• 10:40pm回到家和电话公司小姐进行友好的交谈，结果是感觉莫名的一笔$44.70的帐单我是需要付的，咳。
• 11:00pm开始看Top Chef，中间抽空拿微波炉热了几条bacon以及惊喜发现的前天晚上的剩菜当晚饭，每天都这么晚吃饭，肯定会胖的啊。看完Top Chef又继续无聊的看了一个小时其他不同类型的无脑reality show。
• 1:30am写完这篇文章，在想要不要开始批明天（今天？）需要搞定的学生作业。咳，又还刚拿到实验报告要批，咳。

嗯，就是这样，哈。

I know, I know, among all the rebooters, there’s no doubt that my site is sitting at the bottom quietly. That’s why I call the theme Vulgar. But this is my first personal wordpress theme since I began to use wordpress this February, and it is the first time I tried to make a theme from scratch, sort of. So the result is kind of OK for me. I guess it’s not a very very very bad start. The design was inspired by one of my T shirts. I think I will continue using my T shirts as my inspirations in the future@_@.

Of course, there is something I haven’t finished. Basically, everything concerning photos wasn’t finished. I’m trying to use this plugin to show some random photos from my photo gallery powered by ZenPhoto. Somehow, the plugin interfered with the database and some loops would not work any more. Also, the photo page hasn’t been customized yet. Anyway, I’m OK with that though a little bit disappointed.

I think I should use this chance to thank some people. I’m just a starter, and I’m not that creative. Without the tutorials/themes from these people, this site would be much worse. To my credit, I didn’t just stop there. I tried to go a little bit further. @_@v

其实哪，我花了宝贵的时间来做这个鬼东西还是很内疚的，今天又被师兄push，咳，希望明天的考试不会遭报应-_-。

今天在English The Real Deal看到了Murphy’s Law。这条定律是在1949年从美国空军的Capt. Edward A. Murphy口中诞生的，到现在已经有了无数变型和引伸，但中心思想就是一句话：If anything can go wrong, it will。列几条比较基本的，用最近常见到的一个词来形容，这些定律非常死相-_-。

MURPHY’S LAWS

• Anything that can go wrong will go wrong.
• If anything simply cannot go wrong, it will anyway.
• If there is a possibility of several things going wrong, the one that will cause the most damage will be the one to go wrong.
• If you perceive that there are four possible ways in which a procedure can go wrong, and circumvent these, then a fifth way, unprepared for, will promptly develop.
• Left to themselves, things tend to go from bad to worse.
• If everything seems to be going well, you have obviously overlooked something.
• Nature always sides with the hidden flaw.
• Mother nature is a bitch.
• It is impossible to make anything foolproof because fools are so ingenious.
• Everything takes longer than you think.
• Whenever you set out to do something, something else must be done first.
• Every solution breeds new problems.

还有一张poster，上面列的几条是相对更生活化的，当然也同样死相，比如The chance of a slice of bread falling butter side down is directly proportional to the cost of the carpet（面包掉落有黄油的一面着地的概率正比于地毯的价格）。上面还强调Murphy was an optimist。如果我们已经知道everything will go wrong，那么也就没什么好畏惧的了。所以让我们共同乐观对待这个美好的世界吧，禀承The Murphy Philosophy: Smile . . . tomorrow will be worse. lol
