that’s my personality… i’m good at certain things and i can be very social when i have to. in fact, i think i am more social than most people, but not good enough. and i’m not that enjoying it. so no wonder most of my good friends are extremely outgoing….

You are really into american dreams, hoho. I actually don’t think u.s. is that likable. American people are generally more friendly to strangers, and it’s not very hard to begin a conversation with someone you don’t know. However, it’s not easy to make friends here. Most of American people aren’t interested in other cultures at all. So either you are lucky enough to find someone who is curious of you, or you have to change yourself. Of course it’s always true that you need to make changes to get along with others. But I feel here the relationship is not well balanced. Maybe I’m just too shy and too bad at being social @_@
