这部百老汇传奇的音乐剧改编的电影对我来说，就是那一首歌。最早在完全不知道Rent的背景时，就是预告片里的这首歌吸引了我。在知道Rent的辉煌背景后，看完电影，感动我和留下深刻印象的还是开场的这首歌。电影开场，8个人站在舞台上，灯光打下，唱起这首Seasons of Love，我窝在黑暗影院的座位里，恍惚中好像他们就站在台上唱着。这首歌，我非常喜欢。
电影8个主角中有6个都找回1996年音乐剧首映时的original cast来演，虽然这会增加一些纪念意义而且这些演员确实演的都不错，但毕竟10年过去了，他们的年龄已经不符合角色的情境了。Rent无疑是一部优秀的音乐剧，改成电影确实不容易，这部电影也做的不太好，也许有些音乐剧就应该保留在舞台上。如果还能有机会，我会再看音乐剧的。故事背景大概可以用其中一首歌的名字来概括，La Vie Boheme (“the bohemian life”)。感兴趣的看wikipedia的介绍吧。

给Of Montreal开场的是同一厂牌下的乐队The M’s，他们的第二首和第三首歌还挺好听的，可是谁知道他们就这么一首一首不停的唱了下去，我看现场演出次数不多，不过暖场乐队唱了十多首一个小时应该不算正常的吧-_-。The M’s唱完后调音又调了好久，不过，从Of Montreal上台的那一刻起，我就知道这些等待都是值得的。听Of Montreal的音乐，古灵精怪的，曲调节奏常常突然变调，但仍然觉得是一个清新的indie小乐队，但看了现场，这种印象就被完全打破了。开场时主唱（男）是穿着婚纱上场的-_-，说高兴的一夜要从结婚开始，背景上结婚进行曲，还直接下跪挑逗台前小女生。换装都是直接在台上脱到只剩小内裤然后换上新的一套。其他成员当然没他这么夸张，但也都打扮了一下，比如假发，大帽子，眼影。。。但不要认为他们是耍宝的没前途乐队。他们懂得调动现场气氛，同时他们的音乐确实很棒。有之前的那个乐队对比，差别更是明显。基本每首歌之后主唱都会在上边贫半天，其实听他们的专辑就已经知道他喜欢讲诡异的故事，不过舞台上的他绝对更癫狂，讲的东西有的很搞笑，有的就完全混乱，都不知道他在说啥-_-。乐队的其他人也都很有才，都没法用什么鼓手之类的词代称，比如其中一个很cute的家伙又键盘又鼓手又吉他还吹小号，主唱老婆也是一样。我在下面听着歌，快乐的不得了，除了几首新歌，其他都是我熟悉的，跟着他们摇头跳舞哼着歌，太幸福了。可惜手机在这样的光线下效果不好，文章开头那张就是最好的一张了，可惜只照到5个人中的3个。
